Returns and after sales service

All items are eligible for exchange or refund.

To be accepted, returns must meet the following requirements:

- The products must not have been used, other than for testing. They must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging in good condition, all in a properly sealed package. Spare parts (cables, batteries, chargers, etc.) must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased: protective film intact, tape not removed, no traces of use (glue or wear marks), etc.

Exchange within the framework of the guarantee (2 years) :
- The products must not be damaged, broken or damaged during your handling or repairs.
- They can only be returned in their original packaging.

Once the returned product(s) have been received by our customer service department, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your credit number. To use it, simply contact our customer service to deduct your credit from your next order.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product as the one ordered.
If you wish to change the reference, please indicate the new reference for replacement.
